Thank you for your interest in volunteering to serve on the Camp Iroquoina summer staff! The following information is for those who wish to serve who have not served on the Camp Iroquoina summer staff within the past 3 years. If you have served on the Camp Iroquoina summer staff within the past 3 years, please navigate to the page for returning applicants.
Please follow this instructions below to apply to serve on the Camp Iroquoina summer staff:
- Download the 2024 Volunteer Summer Staff Application Packet, which contains:
- A brief letter from Randy Hulshizer, Camp Manager, to prospective volunteer summer staff
- The 2024 Volunteer Summer Staff Application form
- The 2024 Camp Iroquoina Volunteer Staff Rules (also available as a separate document)
- Read the entire application packet carefully
- Fill out your application. Be sure to also initial each page of the Staff Rules at the end of the document to indicate that you have read them. NOTE: The application is a fillable PDF form, so you may fill it out and sign it electronically then email it to campmanager@iroquoina.org (preferred) or you may print it out and mail it to:

- Download the Staff Reference Form and email or give it to each of the references you listed on page 2 of your application. Ask your references to complete the form and return it to the camp manager as soon as possible at campmanager@iroquoina.org. (Note: This is also a fillable form, so you may add your name to it before providing it to your references.)
- Complete the required PA background checks and print out your results to bring with you on your first day at Camp Iroquoina
- Download and fill out the Adult Waiver/Release form (if 18 years or older) OR the Parent of Minor Waiver/Release form (if under 18). Print it out and bring with you on your first day.
- Download and fill out the health form to print out and bring with you on your first day
As soon as the camp manager receives your application (step 3) and all of your references forms (step 4), he will review it and get back to you promptly with any follow-up questions. The camp manager will inform you via email and/or phone whether your application has been accepted.
