Bible Verse of the Day

Now faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the conviction of things not seen.

What a wonderful day at Camp Iroquoina!

About a dozen volunteers joined us on Friday for a special work day, helping with general cleaning, groundskeeping and a variety of projects around camp. Their willingness to give their time and energy is a tremendous blessing and helps prepare the camp for another summer of Gospel preaching, Bible teaching, and ministry.

As the day came to a close, God gave us a beautiful reminder of His faithfulness with a double rainbow stretching across the sky. His promises never fail! It was a fitting end to a day spent serving Him together and investing in a ministry that has impacted lives for eternity!

We are thankful for every volunteer who came and for the opportunity to work side by side in support of the ministry of Camp Iroquoina. Thank you for helping make camp ready for the summer ahead!

We're looking forward to some additional work tomorrow and next Saturday! Sign up here to join us next Saturday: https://secure.qgiv.com/for/hicamin/event/june27/ (link in bio)

We're adding an additional work day to our 2026 workday schedule! In addition to our regular Saturday work days, a group from Bellevue Gospel Chapel is planning to use their day off on Friday, June 19 to help with general cleaning and other projects around camp. If you would like to join them, you can sign up at https://iroquoina.org/volunteer/workdays/ (link in bio)

Work days are about much more than maintenance projects. They bring together people of all ages and abilities who want to invest in the ministry of Camp Iroquoina. Every task completed helps prepare the camp for another summer of Gospel preaching, Bible teaching, and ministry that can impact lives for eternity.

There is no shortage of work to be done, and volunteers of all skill levels are welcome!

So thankful for the amazing volunteers who help make Camp Iroquoina's ministry possible! From serving behind the scenes to creating lasting memories for campers, we are grateful for each person who gives their time, energy, and heart to this ministry. Yesterday’s Volunteer Staff Picnic was a small way to celebrate an incredible team and to welcome prospective volunteers for 2026 and beyond!

Camp Iroquoina is a Christian camp that focuses on Gospel preaching and Bible teaching. We desire to see all who attend accept the Lord Jesus Christ as their personal Savior (if they haven't already) and we also seek to help Christians walk more closely with the Lord Jesus through the teaching of His Word along with practical application.

It is neat to hear about different people's stories of how the Lord worked through the ministry of Camp Iroquoina to impact them. This week we received the following letter and painting from someone who was impacted by the ministry at Camp Iroquoina. We would love to hear about your story as well!

"Dear Camp Iroquoina,
I’m writing to share something small, but meaningful to me—a painting I made in high school of the old chapel barn (probably around 2010). Camp Iroquoina is a place that held 15 years of memories for me, from attending family camp as a very small girl, to working in the camp kitchen, to attending retreats with my youth group. Even now, when I think back on my time at camp, the chapel barn, along with the craft cabin, long house, and big hill with the long blue slide into the pond, stand out as anchors for those memories. I know that the Chapel Barn had to be replaced in more recent years because of the fire, so I thought that you might like to have this tribute to the old building. This painting is just a small way of saying thank you—for the care, intention, and spirit that made that place what it was, and still is in my memory. I hope it can serve as a reminder of the many lives that have been touched there, including mine."
